World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus arrived in Sri Lanka today (12). He is visiting the country to attend the 78th Session of the WHO South-East Asia Regional Committee as the chief guest. The conference, organized by the WHO, will be held in Colombo from tomorrow (13) to the 15th. Health ministers from countries in the South-East Asia region are also expected to arrive in Sri Lanka to take part in the event.
