The Western Province Southern Crime Division has arrested five suspects who had planned to commit a murder. Police said the murder plot was organized in Dehiwala itself as an act of revenge for the crime committed on December 06 near a playground on Wanaratana Road, Dehiwala, where a man was shot dead, and another was seriously injured.
