Sri Lanka Police say it is suspected that illness linked to illicit liquor consumption is the cause of the death of five individuals in the Thambaravila area of the Wennappuwa Police Division today. According to the Police, the incident came to light this morning (Jan 06), following information relayed to the 119 Police emergency hotline.
