Vijitha Herath meets Muslim civil leaders; burial & attire issues discussed

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism Vijitha Herath met a group of Muslim civil society leaders today to discuss issued faced by Muslim community in Sri Lanka. During the meeting concerns related to the cultural attire of Muslim nurses serving in government hospitals and delays in burial procedures for deceased persons due to COVID-19–era guidelines were addressed.
