Sri Lanka–US Defence MOU Made Public

The Sri Lanka–United States Defence Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which had earlier drawn criticism for not being made public, has now been officially released, detailing the scope and objectives of the agreement signed between the two countries. The landmark MOU, signed on November 14, strengthens defence cooperation under the State Partnership Program (SPP) between Sri Lanka’s Armed Forces and the Montana National Guard, along with the U.S. Coast Guard District 13.
