Sri Lanka rupee flat against dollar, bond yields steady

ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s rupee opened at 302.70/80 to the US dollar on Friday, slightly stronger from 302.75/83 the previous day, while bond yields were broadly steady, dealers said. A bond maturing on 15.03.2028 was quoted at 9.10/18 percent, up from 9.11/15 percent. A bond maturing on 01.09.2028 was quoted at 9.20/30 percent. A bond maturing on 15.10.2029 was quoted at 9.73/75 percent, up from 9.71/75 percent. A bond maturing on 15.12.2029 was quoted at 9.73/75 percent. A bond maturing on 01.07.2030 was quoted at 9.75/85 percent, from 9.77/81 percent. A bond maturing on 15.03.2031 was quoted at 10.05/18 percent.…
