The Supreme Court of Sri Lanka has ordered the dismissal of three petitions filed seeking a writ order to nullify a directive issued by the Colombo High Court to freeze assets belonging to family members of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella. The asset freeze was linked to an investigation conducted by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption. Members of Keheliya Rambukwella’s family had submitted these petitions.
