Ramith Rambukwella, son of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, was formally indicted today (11) before the Colombo High Court over allegations of illicit asset accumulation. The case was heard before High Court Judge Mohamed Mihal, where the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption presented the charges. Following the indictment, the accused was released on cash bail of Rs. 50,000 and two sureties of Rs. 1 million each.
