Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in the Sabaragamuwa, Central, Uva and Northern provinces and in the Trincomalee district after 2.00 pm today. According to the Department of Meteorology, mainly fair weather will prevail in the other areas of Sri Lanka. Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Central, Sabaragamuwa and Uva provinces and in the Ampara district during the early hours of the morning.
