Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya kicked off her official visit to India with a meeting with the Indian Minister of External Affairs, S. Jaishankar. Commenting on the meeting, Jaishankar said he was pleased to meet Sri Lankan Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya in New Delhi this morning. “Discussed India’s continued support to Sri Lanka and strengthening our cooperation in education and capacity building,” he added, in a post on ‘X’.
