ECONOMYNEXT – Pakistan has said its relief operation initiated November 29, including a fully-equipped Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team, field hospitals, highly trained sniffing dogs and nearly 200 tons of life-saving supplies, has remained stranded due to a delay by India in granting flight clearance to its C-130 aircraft.
