Interest Free Student Loans Scheme : Details announced

The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has announced that applications are now open for the 10th intake of the Interest Free Student Loans Scheme (IFSL) for students who have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Eligible students can apply online via www.studentloans.mohe.gov.lk from November 1 to November 30, 2025. The scheme enables students to pursue degree programmes offered by recognized non-state higher education institutes, conducted entirely in English.
