Kehelbaddara Padme’s mother files writ petition

The mother of alleged underworld figure Kehelbaddara Padme has filed a writ petition before the Court of Appeal, challenging the detention order issued against her son. The petition claims the detention is unlawful and seeks relief through habeas corpus and the writ jurisdiction of the court.
