Gampola Udapalatha Divisional Secretary Athma Dilrukshi Jayaratne was ordered yesterday by the Appeal Court to pay compensation of Rs. 100,000 to the construction company in charge of the Ambuluwawa cable car project, for obstructing the project through undue interference in her official capacity.
