Dr. Kaushalya Ariyaratne officially assumed duties as the new Deputy Minister of Mass Media this morning (11) at the Ministry premises in Narahenpita. She was appointed to the post yesterday under the recent Cabinet reshuffle announced by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, aimed at accelerating the government’s development goals ahead of the 2026 Budget.
