Sri Lankan leaders have expressed their condolences to the victims of the blast near New Delhi’s iconic Red Fort in India yesterday. Minister of Foreign Affairs Vijitha Herath said Sri Lanka stands in solidarity with the people of India. “Saddened by news of the explosion in Delhi this evening.
