President Anura Kumara Dissanayake says the daily wage of estate workers will be increased to Rs. 1,750 within this year. He made this announcement while attending a ceremony in Bandarawela to present housing ownership deeds to 2,000 beneficiaries of the Hill Country Malayaga community.
