Commissioner General of Elections Saman Sri Ratnayake has announced his retirement from the post and the state service today. Issuing a statement, Saman Sri Ratnayake said he had served as a state official for the last 34 years. He was appointed as the Commissioner General of Elections on 16th October 2019.
