A case filed over alleged corruption in the investment of Greek sovereign bonds in 2011 has been withdrawn against former Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal, subject to strict conditions laid down under the Bribery Act, the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption announced Wednesday.
