British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Andrew Patrick has met with Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) General Secretary Tilvin Silva at the JVP headquarters in Pelawatta, Battaramulla. The discussion focused on Sri Lanka’s current political situation and the longstanding bilateral relationship between the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka. During the meeting, the British official reaffirmed its continued support for Sri Lanka. The meeting also addressed Silva’s upcoming official visit to the United Kingdom, scheduled for November 21.
