Leader of the House, Minister Bimal Rathnayake said in Parliament this afternoon (15) that officiala from parliament secretariat traveling abroad more frequently than necessary. He noted that while some officials have made multiple foreign trips, they have not presented a single effective proposal for the benefit of the country.
