Police say that the suspect arrested over a shooting attempt on a hotel in Midigama has been identified as a contract killer for an organized criminal currently residing overseas. According to the Police, the suspect was arrested while waiting at a house in the Kapuwatte area, along with two others, to carry out a murder.
