The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar today (02 Jan), compared to Thursday (01 Jan). According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 305.83 to Rs. 305.73. Meanwhile, the selling rate of the Sri Lankan Rupee has dropped from Rs. 313.42 to Rs. 313.27. The Sri Lankan Rupee has also appreciated against a basket of foreign currencies, including Gulf currencies.
