ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s inflation was 2.1 percent in the 12 months to December 2025, with prices rising 1.2 percent in the month, data from the state statistics office showed. The widely-watched Colombo Consumer Price Index rose 1.2 percent in December to 195.8 points from 193.4 points in November.
