ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s rupee closed at 308.63/68 to the US dollar in the spot market Monday, from 308.55/65 on Friday, dealers said, while bond yields were broadly steady. A bond maturing on 15.12.2026 closed flat at 8.30/40 percent. A bond maturing on 15.12.2029 closed at 9.60/65 percent, down from 9.60/70 percent. A bond maturing on 15.12.2032 closed at 10.34/44 percent, from 10.35/45 percent. A bond maturing on 15.09.2034 closed at 10.58/70 percent. (Colombo/Dec8/2025)
