Shanakiyan urges President to issue urgent Circular to Speed up Disaster Relief

Opposition MP Shanakiyan Rasamanikkam has called on President Anura Kumara Dissanayake to issue an immediate official circular or gazette granting clear authority to government officials to act during the ongoing disaster situation, warning that delays are worsening the suffering of affected communities.
