The Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Private Limited (AASL) says several airport access roads have been affected by flooding due to the prevailing adverse weather conditions across the country. Issuing a statement, AASL said passengers are advised to use the Colombo – Katunayake Expressway to ensure a smoother and safer journey to Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA). Additionally, to help reduce congestion within the airport premises during this period, passengers are requested not to bring visitors to the terminal, it added.
