The arrival of India’s first indigenously built aircraft carrier, INS Vikrant, in Colombo for the International Fleet Review 2025 reflects both strategic intent and symbolic importance, Sri Lanka’s Minister of Health and Mass Media Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said.
