The National Building Research Organization (NBRO) has issued a warning that, amid the ongoing inclement weather, a planned chemical blast at the site in Kadugannawa, along the Colombo–Kandy Road, could further aggravate the already unstable land conditions, Transport Minister Bimal Rathnayake said.
