Stubbs and Mrs. Rajni Stubbs Swaminathan, co-founders of MENCAFEP (Mentally Handicapped Children’s and Families Educational Project), have been recognized at the 2025 One World One Family Humanitarian Awards held in India. The couple received the award in the healthcare category, marking over 40 years of service to Sri Lanka’s disability sector.
