Construction of a new regional postal exchange centre equipped with modern facilities is set to begin in Dambulla, with the project estimated to cost Rs. 129 million, officials said. The foundation stone for the proposed Dambulla Regional Postal Exchange Centre will be laid on Sunday (23) under the patronage of Minister of Health and Mass Media Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.
