Sri Lanka’s Deputy Minister of Sports, Sugath Thilakaratne, arrived in Pakistan this morning (19 November) on an official visit undertaken on the instructions of the Minister of Sports. According to the Ministry, the visit follows an official invitation extended by the Government of Pakistan. Thilakaratne will attend the Sri Lanka–Pakistan–Zimbabwe Tri-Nation T20 Series and meet members of the Sri Lankan team with the aim of boosting player morale.
