The German Embassy in Sri Lanka has announced that, effective from 3 November 2025, all appointments for Schengen visa applications must be booked through a new online system managed by VFS Global. According to the announcement, visa applicants are now required to make appointments through the VFS website using the following link:(https://visa.vfsglobal.com/lka/en/deu/login). The Embassy further clarified that all existing registrations made under the previous appointment system will continue to be processed without disruption.
