Sri Lankan LGBTQ rights activist Chanu Nimesha has filed a complaint with the Police Headquarters regarding hate speech against the LGBTQ community. Speaking to the media, Chanu Nimesha said that severe hate speech has been made against the LGBTQ community through the media. “As they have nothing else to talk about, they are now hanging on to the LGBTQ community, carrying out mudslinging campaigns.
