Tamil Progressive Alliance (TPA) Leader MP Mano Ganesan says his party will not participate in the joint opposition rally that has been organized for November 21. Speaking to reporters, MP Ganesan said the TPA will not participate in the rally due to certain reasons, which he did not specify. He further said that he is unsure of the decision of the main opposition Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB).
