Minister Bimal Ratnayake says he held a productive meeting with the Ambassador of Palestine to Pakistan, Dr. Zuhair, at the Palestinian Embassy in Islamabad. In a post on X, Ratnayake said the discussion focused on strengthening long-standing ties and reaffirming support for Palestine’s sovereignty. “During his tenure in Sri Lanka, the Ambassador consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to the sovereignty of all nations. I reaffirmed my own commitment to a free and sovereign Palestine,” he stated.
