The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID), with support from the State Intelligence Service (SIS), have arrested a suspect believed to be the shooter in the murder of Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman Lasantha Wickramasekera.
