An eyewitness to the incident involving the alleged altercation between Attorney-at-law Gunaratne Wanninayake and a Police Constable at the Mount Lavinia Court premises recently, claims he is being harassed by the Police. Speaking to the media, the eyewitness said he had witnessed the Police official punching the person in the passenger seat of the car, after which the driver had gotten out and confronted the Police officer.
