A stockpile of empty bullet casings and live ammunition was discovered today (14) near Mudunegama School, along the Thalawa–Rathmalgahawewa Road. Police stated that the ammunition is used for T-56 type firearms. The stockpile was found by the Tambuttegama Headquarters Police, and further investigations into the incident are being carried out by the police.
