The Sri Lankan Police has taken action to seize the properties of a 53-year-old woman, residing at Ferguson Road in Colombo 14, which are found to have been acquired through funds earned by engaging in the narcotics trade. According to the Police, on the directive of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), the Illegal Assets Investigation Division commenced a probe into the woman.
