Anuradhapura will soon be recognized as the first district in Sri Lanka to eradicate rabies, with the district’s flag set to be hoisted to mark the milestone, Animal Welfare Coalition (AWC) Executive Committee Member Dr. Chamith Nanayakkara announced.
