Having successfully concluded his visit to the United States to participate in the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, President Anura Kumara Dissanayake departed for Japan from John F. Kennedy International Airport on the night of the 25th. At the invitation of the Japanese Government, the President will undertake an official visit to Japan from the 27th to the 30th of September.
